AEO Services
AEO services for startups and small businesses
Productized monthly retainers from $950 to $2,750. Three tiers, fixed scope, marketing and data strategist on every account. No PR markup. No custom-scope discovery cycle. No SaaS dashboard pretending to be a service.
What We Do
We make startups and small businesses cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Technically Readable Site
Engineering backend data structures that LLM web crawlers and vector extractors can instantly parse without friction.
Content Shaped for AI Extraction
Building high-density content hubs structured specifically for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pull requests.
Off-Page Surface Citations
Establishing entity consensus across the external digital ecosystems and community hubs AI models read to verify authority.
Prompt-Level Measurement
Systematically tracking brand recommendations, citation frequency, and competitor share-of-voice across real-user prompts.
⚡ Our retainers are productized: fixed scope, fixed monthly fee, and predictable monthly deliverables.
How our offer is different
Three things we do that most AEO providers don’t
We name community and UGC work as headline deliverables, not footnotes
Most agencies monitor citations. Very few earn them. In our April 2026 scan of 19 AEO and GEO providers, only three named Reddit, Quora, or community work as an explicit deliverable.
Our retainers include Reddit and Quora posting calendars, G2/Capterra review activation, and YouTube script production as core scope, not as add-ons.
We build owned knowledge graphs, not Wikidata workarounds
Most AEO offers stop at schema markup. We build a structured, machine-readable About / Team / Products / FAQ / Glossary surface on your own domain, all linked via JSON-LD. You own the entity layer. We maintain it.
We are honest about what fits in a retainer and what doesn’t
Our retainers cover audit, specification, content production, and off-site citation work. Schema deployment, page rewrites, and knowledge graph buildout are scoped one-time projects priced on top. This protects you from the bait-and-switch that creates churn at 90 days.

Common questions about how we work
What makes your retainers different from full-service AEO agencies?
Two things. First, scope honesty. Most $2,000-per-month retainers in this market promise "implementation" and cannot deliver it inside the monthly fee. The work does not happen and the client churns at month three. Our retainers cover audit, specification, content production, and off-site citation work. Schema deployment, page rewrites, and owned knowledge graph buildout are scoped as separate one-time projects, priced firm in the SOW. What we promise monthly is what we actually ship monthly. Second, we do not lead with PR. Full-service agencies pull the digital PR lever because it is what they have always sold. We work the surfaces LLMs actually read: Reddit, G2, YouTube, structured first-party content, without a media relations line item.
What does a typical month one look like?
Week one is the diagnostic: a technical crawl for LLM accessibility, an entity inventory, and a visibility baseline across your tracked prompt set. The first AEO content piece goes into production in parallel. Week two is schema deployment specification and llms.txt and robots.txt tuning. Week three is the kickoff call where we walk through findings; by this point deliverables are already in motion, not pending. End of month one you have a baseline visibility dashboard, core schema specs, and your first content piece published. The goal is visible momentum by week two, not a kickoff deck followed by silence.
Who owns the work: your team or mine?
The strategy, content production, prompt tracking, and off-site citation work are ours. Your team owns deployment: pushing schema markup live, publishing llms.txt, making page-level changes. If your team does not have that capacity, we scope deployment as a paid add-on project. We never assume your engineering team has bandwidth we have not confirmed. Every deliverable in the SOW is tagged with owner and format before the engagement starts so there are no surprises at month two when something needs to go live.
What happens after the minimum term ends?
Foundation is month-to-month after three months with 30 days written notice. Momentum and Citation Engine are month-to-month after six months on the same terms. Most clients stay because AEO compounds: the citation authority built in months one through six keeps appreciating in months seven through twelve. We do not lock clients in beyond the stated minimum and we do not use auto-renewal language designed to be missed. If you want to wind down, one email is enough.
