Quick-Start Blueprint

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Quick-Start Blueprint service ("Blueprint," "Service") offered by Adeian Digital LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company d/b/a Quint-IA Vantage ("Company," "Quint-IA Vantage," "we," "us"). By submitting the intake form and completing payment, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The Quick-Start Blueprint is a diagnostic report assessing a brand's visibility across AI answer engines against named competitors, delivered with a prioritized 90-day action plan.
The Blueprint is built from:
Multi-engine AI citation testing: A structured set of buyer-intent prompts tested live across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini (10 prompts × 4 engines = 40 live test runs), designed to surface where and how a brand currently appears, or fails to appear, in AI-generated answers.
The IVIA Score: A proprietary, six-metric, algorithmically weighted visibility score developed in-house by Quint-IA Vantage specifically for AI-citation diagnostics, combining six visibility-pillar sub-scores into a single point-in-time assessment.
Website architecture and authority evaluation: Domain authority, backlink profile, crawlability, and technical SEO analysis, assessing how discoverable and citable a site’s structure is to both traditional search engines and AI crawlers.
Accuracy review: Findings and the 90-day action plan are reviewed and built out by our team before delivery, rather than generated and handed off without human oversight.
What the Blueprint does not cover: The scan does not include Google AI Overviews, as no public API exists for it. The Blueprint should not be read as covering "AI search" visibility in full; it covers the four engines listed above.
The Blueprint captures a precise, point-in-time assessment of your brand's current AI visibility, not a static audit that goes stale the day it's delivered. AI answer engines update their models and outputs continuously, which is exactly why ongoing monitoring (not a one-time certification) is the only honest way to track visibility in this space. As with any assessment of a system outside our control, we don't guarantee specific future outcomes in any AI answer engine, search engine, or platform, but the findings and 90-day plan you receive reflect where things stand today, tested live, not estimated.
2. Pricing and Payment
The Quick-Start Blueprint is a flat fee of $500 USD, charged once, in full, at checkout.
This fee is non-refundable. This is disclosed to you before you complete payment, and by proceeding to checkout you acknowledge and accept it.
Payment is processed by Stripe through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Quint-IA Vantage does not receive or store your card details at any point; we retain only a payment status and an internal reference ID tied to your order.
3. Delivery Timeline
Work on your Blueprint begins within 2 business days of your intake form submission.
The completed Blueprint, including the human-built recommendations and 90-day plan, is delivered within 5–10 business days of intake, followed by a 30-minute readout call to walk through the findings.
This 5–10 business day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may vary based on order volume and the complexity of your domain and competitor set.
4. Retainer Credit
If you sign a Quint-IA Vantage retainer agreement within 30 days of your readout call, the $500 Blueprint fee is credited in full toward the first month of that retainer. This credit is only available within the 30-day window and does not apply to retainers signed afterward.
5. Report Access and Confidentiality
Your Blueprint report is delivered via a private link containing a long, randomly generated access token. This link is not password-protected and is not equivalent to an authenticated account: anyone who obtains the link can view the report. Treat your report link as you would any confidential document, and do not share it outside your organization.
The report is your property, provided for your organization’s internal use. It contains Quint-IA Vantage’s proprietary methodology and competitor research. Please do not republish, redistribute, or share the report outside your organization.
6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
To generate and deliver your Blueprint, we share limited information about your business, including your domain, company information, and the names of competitors you provide with the following third-party services:

Specifically:
When you submit the intake form, your name, email, company name, website URL, industry, competitor names and URLs, and ideal-customer description are sent to our CRM (HubSpot) to create a lead record. This happens as soon as you submit the form, before payment, so that we can follow up even if you don’t complete checkout.
Payment information is handled entirely within Stripe’s hosted checkout. We never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.
Data sent to AI engine providers, DataForSEO, Serper, and Google is used solely to generate the diagnostic tests and technical checks that make up your report.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Each provider listed above processes data under its own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
Quint-IA Vantage does not currently operate on a fixed data-retention schedule; information collected in connection with your Blueprint (including intake data and the report itself) is retained indefinitely unless you contact us to request deletion. If you would like your information removed, contact us at customerservice@quintiavantage.com and we will address your request.
8. No Guarantee of Results
The Blueprint provides a snapshot assessment and recommendations based on the methodology described in Section 1. Quint-IA Vantage makes no guarantee regarding future rankings, citations, visibility, traffic, leads, or revenue resulting from the Blueprint or from acting on its recommendations. AI answer engines, search engines, and their algorithms are operated by third parties and are subject to change without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The Blueprint report, its methodology, formatting, and analysis are the proprietary work product of Quint-IA Vantage. Upon delivery and payment, you receive a license to use the report internally within your organization. Quint-IA Vantage retains all underlying intellectual property rights in its methodology and framework.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quint-IA Vantage’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Blueprint service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service ($500). Quint-IA Vantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on the Blueprint.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms are published in English. Any Spanish-language version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English and Spanish versions, the English version controls.
Retainer Services Terms
13.1 Overview. In addition to the Quick-Start Blueprint, Quint-IA Vantage offers three monthly retainer services: Foundation, Momentum, and Citation Engine (each, a "Retainer," collectively the "Retainer Services"). These Terms govern any Retainer Services agreement between you ("Client") and Adeian Digital LLC, d/b/a Quint-IA Vantage, together with the order form or signed agreement for your specific tier.
13.2 Pricing and Minimum Term. Foundation: $950/month, 3-month minimum. Momentum: $1,750/month, 6-month minimum. Citation Engine: $2,750/month, 6-month minimum.
13.3 After the Minimum Term. After the applicable minimum term, the Retainer continues month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice to customerservice@quintiavantage.com.
13.4 Annual Prepay (Citation Engine only). Citation Engine clients may prepay 12 months in advance for a 10% discount off the total annual price. This option is not available for Foundation or Momentum.
13.5 Billing Frequency. Retainers are billed monthly by default. Quarterly billing is available on request as an administrative convenience only; it does not change the price, minimum term, or any other term of the Retainer.
13.6 Quick-Start Blueprint Credit. If you sign a Retainer agreement within 30 days of your Quick-Start Blueprint readout call, the $500 Blueprint fee is credited in full toward your first month's Retainer payment, consistent with Section 4 of these Terms. This credit does not apply to Retainers signed outside that 30-day window.
13.7 Cancellation During the Minimum Term. Once you sign a Retainer, you are committed to the applicable minimum term. During the minimum term, you may cancel only as follows:
(a) Cancellation for Uncured Breach. If we materially fail to deliver the Retainer's core deliverables (for example, missed content deliverables or missed reporting), you may notify us in writing at customerservice@quintiavantage.com describing the failure. We will have five (5) business days from receipt of that notice to cure the failure. If we do not cure it within that period, you may cancel the Retainer without further payment obligation for the remainder of the minimum term.
(b) Early Termination Fee: You may also cancel before the end of the minimum term for any other reason by paying an early termination fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total Retainer payments remaining in the minimum term as of the effective date of cancellation.
This fee is due at the time of cancellation. Outside of (a) and (b) above, Retainer payments for the full minimum term are due regardless of whether you continue using the Service.
13.8 Deliverables and IVIA Score: The specific deliverables included in each tier are as described in the proposal, order form, or pricing page in effect at signing. The IVIA (Índice de Visibilidad en IA) Score is a proprietary metric developed by Quint-IA Vantage, calculated from a weighted combination of visibility-pillar sub-scores. It is included as part of ongoing tracking beginning with the Momentum tier; it is not included in the Foundation tier's monthly visibility report, which is a narrative context document rather than a scored metric.
The IVIA Score reflects a point-in-time assessment using Quint-IA Vantage's own statistical methodology; it is not an industry-standard or third-party-audited metric, and no specific score, score change, or ranking is guaranteed.
13.9 No Guarantee of Results: Quint-IA Vantage makes no guarantee regarding future rankings, citations, visibility, traffic, leads, or revenue resulting from any retainer service or from acting on its recommendations. AI answer engines, search engines, and their algorithms are operated by third parties and are subject to change without notice. This applies equally to the IVIA Score described in Section 13.8 and to any other metric reported under a Retainer.
13.10 Confidentiality: Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information disclosed in connection with the Retainer with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties except as needed to perform the Services or as required by law.
13.11 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quint-IA Vantage's total liability arising out of or relating to a Retainer, for any claim of loss or damage that Client can demonstrate was directly caused by Quint-IA Vantage's failure to perform the Services as described in this Agreement, is limited to the total fees paid by Client in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation does not create liability for outcomes disclaimed under Section 13.9 (No Guarantee of Results); it applies only to demonstrable failures to deliver the Services themselves. Quint-IA Vantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from Client's use of or reliance on any Retainer service.
Custom and Additional Scope
14.1 When Custom Scope Applies. If you request work beyond what your Retainer tier includes, or if your needs exceed what Citation Engine covers (generally, engagements above approximately $3,000/month), we may propose custom scope. Engagements above that threshold are typically referred to outside full-service partners rather than custom-scoped by Quint-IA Vantage; nothing in these Terms obligates us to accept any custom scope request.
14.2 Statements of Work. Any custom scope we agree to perform will be described in a separate, signed Statement of Work ("SOW") that references and incorporates these Terms (including Section 13) by reference. If an SOW conflicts with these Terms, the SOW controls only to the extent of that specific conflict, and only for the scope described in that SOW.
14.3 Billing. Custom scope may be billed as a one-time fee or folded into your monthly Retainer rate, as specified in the applicable SOW.
14.4 General Terms Apply. Unless an SOW expressly states otherwise, the general terms of your governing agreement with us, including liability limitations, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, refund posture, and governing law, apply to all work performed under that SOW.
