Quint·IA Vantage — Quick-Start Blueprint

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Quick-Start Blueprint service (“Blueprint,” “Service”) offered by Quint·IA Vantage (“Quint·IA Vantage,” “we,” “us”). By submitting the intake form and completing payment, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The Quick-Start Blueprint is a diagnostic report assessing a brand’s visibility across AI answer engines against named competitors, delivered with a prioritized 90-day action plan.
The Blueprint is built from:
5 buyer-intent prompts tested across 4 AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) 20 live test runs in total
Domain authority and backlink analysis
Crawlability and technical SEO checks
What the Blueprint does not cover: the scan does not include Google AI Overviews, as no public API exists for it. The Blueprint should not be read as covering “AI search” visibility in full; it covers the four engines listed above.
The Blueprint is a diagnostic and directional snapshot of a point in time. It is not a certified or exhaustive audit, and it is not a guarantee of current or future visibility in any AI answer engine, search engine, or platform. Answer engine outputs change over time and are outside Quint·IA Vantage’s control.
2. Pricing and Payment
The Quick-Start Blueprint is a flat fee of $500 USD, charged once, in full, at checkout.
This fee is non-refundable. This is disclosed to you before you complete payment, and by proceeding to checkout you acknowledge and accept it.
Payment is processed by Stripe through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Quint·IA Vantage does not receive or store your card details at any point; we retain only a payment status and an internal reference ID tied to your order.
3. Delivery Timeline
Work on your Blueprint begins within 2 business days of your intake form submission.
The completed Blueprint, including the human-built recommendations and 90-day plan, is delivered within 5–10 business days of intake, followed by a 30-minute readout call to walk through the findings.
This 5–10 business day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may vary based on order volume and the complexity of your domain and competitor set.
4. Retainer Credit
If you sign a Quint-IA Vantage retainer agreement within 30 days of your readout call, the $500 Blueprint fee is credited in full toward the first month of that retainer. This credit is only available within the 30-day window and does not apply to retainers signed afterward.
5. Report Access and Confidentiality
Your Blueprint report is delivered via a private link containing a long, randomly generated access token. This link is not password-protected and is not equivalent to an authenticated account: anyone who obtains the link can view the report. Treat your report link as you would any confidential document, and do not share it outside your organization.
The report is your property, provided for your organization’s internal use. It contains Quint·IA Vantage’s proprietary methodology and competitor research. Please do not republish, redistribute, or share the report outside your organization.
6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
To generate and deliver your Blueprint, we share limited information about your business, including your domain, company information, and the names of competitors you provide with the following third-party services:

Specifically:
When you submit the intake form, your name, email, company name, website URL, industry, competitor names and URLs, and ideal-customer description are sent to our CRM (HubSpot) to create a lead record. This happens as soon as you submit the form, before payment, so that we can follow up even if you don’t complete checkout.
Payment information is handled entirely within Stripe’s hosted checkout. We never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.
Data sent to AI engine providers, DataForSEO, Serper, and Google is used solely to generate the diagnostic tests and technical checks that make up your report.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Each provider listed above processes data under its own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
Quint·IA Vantage does not currently operate on a fixed data-retention schedule; information collected in connection with your Blueprint (including intake data and the report itself) is retained indefinitely unless you contact us to request deletion. If you would like your information removed, contact us at legal@quintiavantage.com and we will address your request.
8. No Guarantee of Results
The Blueprint provides a snapshot assessment and recommendations based on the methodology described in Section 1. Quint·IA Vantage makes no guarantee regarding future rankings, citations, visibility, traffic, leads, or revenue resulting from the Blueprint or from acting on its recommendations. AI answer engines, search engines, and their algorithms are operated by third parties and are subject to change without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The Blueprint report, its methodology, formatting, and analysis are the proprietary work product of Quint·IA Vantage. Upon delivery and payment, you receive a license to use the report internally within your organization. Quint·IA Vantage retains all underlying intellectual property rights in its methodology and framework.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quint·IA Vantage’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Blueprint service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service ($500). Quint·IA Vantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on the Blueprint.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
